NSW: Lawyers call for fairer driving penalties

SYDNEY, Feb 20 AAP - The Law Society of NSW wants both sides of the NSW parliament
to consider introducing "working hours" restricted driving licences.
A key area of concern is the Roads and Traffic Authority's ability to impose mandatory
licence disqualifications without taking into consideration an offender's personal circumstances,
the association says in its state election policy platform.
